Pan for accordion and string quartet is composed by Petri Makkonen in 2000. The piece has been performed several times during the years. It could be played also by accordion and string orchestra. Pan means as the title of this piece a Forest elven, a spirit who playes the accordion and gets the forest to resonate mysteriously.
